Originally from Ethiopia, I currently live in Houston, Texas. How I got here is a long story, but I will give you the short version.

I came to the U.S. in 2016 to study at Michigan State University. My initial major was computer science, but I soon realized that most classes focused on algorithms and functions. They didn't teach us about understanding people and what they were looking for in a tech product.

I set out on a quest to find a major that had the perfect balance of psychology and technology. That was when I discovered UX Design. Fast forward to today, I work at a creative agency helping brands tell engaging stories, solve complex problems, and make a bigger impact on the world.
